Subscriptions: The Snail Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription billed to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us, effective at your next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details on subscription refunds.

Order acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or issues with payment.
