We want you to love what arrives in your mailbox. Here's how returns and refunds work at The Ninth Library.
Bookmarks & Stickers: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund. We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse on these low-cost items, but we'll always help if something arrived wrong or broken.
Blind Date with a Book: Due to the surprise nature of this product, all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges once genre and add-ons are selected and the order ships.
Snail Mail Club Subscription: Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Since each mailing is prepared and sent shortly after billing, we can't refund a mailing that's already been dispatched.
